Mailing Address

You can use paper forms to register your PRESTO card, set up Autoload, Autorenew, or Saved Payment Method.  Simply fill out the applicable form and mail to:

Forms are processed within 24 hours of receipt.

Transactions performed by paper form will expire in 30 days if you do not tap your card by using it to travel or using a Balance Checker device. To reactivate an expired transaction, call 1-877-378-6123 to reactivate it. 

Refunds

If you added your PRESTO card to a PRESTO account but don’t need the card anymore, you can get a refund on your card balance by completing our Refund Form and mailing the form and your PRESTO Card to the following address:

A cheque or e-transfer will be sent to you approximately 4-6 weeks after we receive your Refund Form and PRESTO card.

All refunds are subject to a 4% processing fee. The card issuance fee is non-refundable.

GO Transit does not provide refunds in-person at our stations. However, some local transit agencies will provide PRESTO card refunds in person, if the balance on your card is less than $50. Check with your local transit agency and if an in-person option is available, you may complete "Form B (station)" and bring the form along with your PRESTO card to your transit agency’s Customer Service Outlet.

Register Your Card by Paper Form

Registering your PRESTO card protects your balance if your card is lost or stolen. If your card is lost or stolen, you can block it and transfer your funds to a replacement card.

To register a new PRESTO card, download and complete the registration form:

Note: Registering your card through paper form does not create a My PRESTO Account. Create a MY PRESTO account online to take advantage of all the online benefits.

Expiry

Set Up or Modify Autoload, Autorenew, or Saved Payment Method by Paper Form

Autoload, Autorenew and Saved Payment Method can only be used on cards that are associated with a PRESTO Account.

Download and complete the contract form:

Be sure to tap your card within 30 days of processing, otherwise your request will expire.

If your setup expires, call 1-877-378-6123 to reactivate it.

TTC 12 Month Pass

The TTC 12 Month Pass is an annual pass, paid for monthly at a discounted rate. The pass provides unlimited travel on all regular TTC routes and subways and is currently available for adult, senior and youth TTC customers. In order to buy the pass and get the discount, you must sign a 12-month contract. Using your credit card, Visa Debit card, or Debit Mastercard, it’s quick and easy to sign up for the TTC 12 Month Pass online through your My PRESTO Account. If you need help, call PRESTO toll free at 1-877-378-6123.

When signing up for a 12 Month Pass, you must sign an agreement covering a period of 12 consecutive months. Your credit card or debit account will be charged on the day you sign up for the 12 Month Pass, and for the following months it will be charged on the 23rd day of each month for your 12 Month Pass.

NOTE: you must complete and mail the Terms & Conditions form along with your payment form or your TTC 12 Month Pass contract will not be processed.

Note: if you choose to pay for your TTC 12 Month Pass through pre-authorized debit you will not receive email notifications about your monthly payments.

Defective PRESTO Ticket Replacement

If your PRESTO Ticket is not functioning, you can complete the "Defective PRESTO Ticket Replacement" form below and mail in both your PRESTO Ticket and the completed form to the following address:

PRESTO will not replace new, expired or damaged Tickets. Expected processing time is 4-6 weeks upon receipt at the PRESTO office.
