Buy a physical PRESTO card for $4 in person at PRESTO vending machines at TTC, GO and UP Express stations or at a customer service outlet.
You can also buy a card online through mail (arrives in 7-10 business days).
PRESTO cards with a braille indicator are available at customer service outlets and online.

Instantly load funds or transit passes online, through the PRESTO app or in person at a PRESTO vending machine or customer service outlet.

Tap your PRESTO card on a PRESTO device when you get to a station or board a transit vehicle. Tap every time you switch transit vehicles. If you qualify for a discounted transfer, it will be applied when you tap. Your transfer may be free or discounted, depending on the transit agency.
If you’re riding GO Transit or UP Express, remember to tap again at the end or your trip or else you’ll be charged a full fare to the end of the line you were riding.
