With PRESTO in Apple Wallet, you can tap your iPhone or Apple Watch to pay for transit!

When you get to a station or board a vehicle, tap your iPhone or Apple Watch on a PRESTO device. The device will let you know your tap was successful. Tap every time you transfer. If you’re taking GO Transit or UP Express, remember to tap off at the end of your trip.

Each PRESTO card in Apple Wallet can only be associated to one Apple ID. It can only be active on one Apple device at a time (iPhone or Apple Watch), and you can only move it between devices a limited number of times.

With Express Mode, you don’t need to wake or unlock your iPhone or Apple Watch or open any apps to use PRESTO in Apple Wallet. Just hold your device near the reader to pay and go.
PRESTO works even when your phone needs charging. Power Reserve keeps your card active for up to 5 hours.
Add funds directly from Apple Wallet or the PRESTO App on the go.
Your PRESTO card stays on your device. Apple doesn't see your transactions. Lost your phone? Use Find My to lock, locate, or erase your PRESTO card remotely.
You must have iOS version 16.4 or higher and watchOS version 9.4 or higher.
An internet connection is not required to pay your fare when using PRESTO in Apple Wallet, but you will need an internet connection to load funds, transit cards, check card details, and convert your physical card.
If you have both a PRESTO card and a credit card in your Apple Wallet with Express Mode enabled, your PRESTO card will be the default payment method the PRESTO device charges. If you prefer to pay using your credit card in Apple Pay you will need to either disable Express Mode on your PRESTO card or manually select your credit card in Apple Wallet before making a fare payment.

Sign in to your PRESTO account.

Select the PRESTO card you want to convert.

Tap the "Convert to Apple Wallet" button.

Review the next screens and select "Continue"

Tap "Add to Apple Wallet."

Your PRESTO card is ready to use in your Apple Wallet!

Review the screens and load funds or a transit pass to your new card.

Add a nickname for your new card.

Tap "Add to Apple Wallet" to save it to your Apple device.
