Just wake up your phone and hold it still and near the PRESTO reader until you see a checkmark.

Your PRESTO in Google Wallet card can only be active on one device at a time. If it is active on your watch but you want to use it on your phone, you will need to remove it from your watch first and then add it back to your phone.

Tap your phone or watch when you get to a station or board a transit vehicle. Tap every time you transfer. If you’re taking GO Transit or UP Express, remember to tap off at the end of your trip.

Add funds directly through Google Wallet or the PRESTO App.
Always know your PRESTO balance.
Your PRESTO card stays on your phone. Google doesn’t see your transactions. If lost, you can use the PRESTO app to remove your card from your old device and add it to your new one.
Make sure your device has enough battery power for your trip.
An internet connection is not required to pay your fare when using PRESTO in Google Wallet, but you will need an internet connection to load funds, transit passes, check card details, and convert your physical card.
Near Field Communication (NFC) must be turned on to pay your fare with PRESTO in Google Wallet and must have Android 7.0 or higher.

Sign in to your PRESTO account.

On the dashboard, select the PRESTO card you want to convert. (Make sure there are no other transit passes already active in Google Wallet).

Select the "Convert to Google Wallet" button.

Review the next screens and select "Continue."

Select "Add to Google Wallet."

Your PRESTO card is ready to use in your Google Wallet!

Sign in to your PRESTO account on the PRESTO app and select "Add Card".

Under "Buy a New card" select "PRESTO in Google Wallet"

Review the screens and load funds or a transit pass to your new card.

Add a nickname for your new card.

Select "Add to Google Wallet" to save it to your device.
