The PRESTO website and app will be unavailable from approximately 10:00 p.m. on Friday, February 15 to mid-afternoon on Saturday, February 16 for a system update. During this time, you’ll be able to use your card for travel as usual, but there may be delays in receiving transaction and trip information in your account.

During the upgrade you can load your card in person at a Customer Service Outlet, at select Shoppers Drug Mart locations that offer PRESTO services, at PRESTO Self-Serve Reload Machines, at Fare Vending Machines at TTC Stations, or at select Ticket Vending Machines at some GO and UP Express stations.

If you normally use the website or app to load funds or passes, make sure you do so before February 13 to ensure you have enough funds to travel, or you can set-up Autoload.
