We are changing our security requirements for PRESTO accounts to enhance protection of your personal information. This change means that if your password/security answers do not meet our new requirements you will need to create new ones. Starting February 14, if your password or security answers do not meet the new requirements, you’ll be prompted to update this information when you log in to your account through the PRESTO website or app.
New passwords must be at least 8 characters long and include a number and a mix of upper and lower case letters. Security answers will have to be at least 4 characters long and customers must have 3 security questions.
