We are changing our security requirements for PRESTO accounts. This change means that some PRESTO customers may need to create new, stronger passwords that must be at least 8 characters long and include a number and a mix of upper and lower case letters. Security answers will have to be at least 4 characters long and customers must have 3 security questions.
Starting February 14, if your password or security answers do not meet the new requirements, you’ll be prompted to update this information when you log in to your account through the PRESTO website or app. If you see the prompt, you will need to update your password and/or security questions, before you can access your account.
