PRESTO Message on COVID-19

Ensuring the health and safety of both our customers and staff is our highest priority at PRESTO.

We recognize transit is a lifeline service for many customers during these difficult times and that is why we are committed to ensuring you can still access and pay for transit with PRESTO.

As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, we are working closely with our 11 transit agency partners and our PRESTO retail partner, Shoppers Drug Mart, to maintain a safe experience for our customers. To this end, we are taking extra care to regularly clean all of our PRESTO self-service machines. We are also working with our transit agency partners to ensure all PRESTO readers are cleaned on a regular basis.

Customers can use our newly enhanced PRESTO app to instantly and safely load funds and passes onto their card from home prior to travelling. Customers can also take advantage of Autoload to add funds to their PRESTO account automatically. We encourage customers to also take advantage of Autoload to add funds to your PRESTO account automatically.

Any Autorenew customers who wish to cancel their agreement before next month's pass is added, can do so no later than November 23 on our website or through our PRESTO app. Any TTC 12 Month Pass customers can cancel no later than November 22. TTC 12 Month Pass cancellation fees will be waived.
