Online: Order a Card Online your card will be mailed to you in 7-10 business days. You can then choose to create a My PRESTO Account or remain without an account.
Buy in person: at a Customer Service Outlet. Purchase your card in-person at any Customer Service Outlet. Your card is ready to use immediately, and your My PRESTO Account can be created online within 24 hours.
If this is a replacement card, please do not register it, as this is done automatically as part of the card replacement process.

If your card is lost or stolen, you can block it and transfer your funds to a replacement card.
Whenever your card balance falls below the minimum balance that you set, it will automatically top up with an amount you choose. Set up Autoload now.
Your selected transit passes will be added automatically to your card. Set up Autorenew now.
You can review and keep track of your travels by accessing your transaction history. You can also download a Transit Usage Report to assist with calculating your Public Transit Tax Credit.

If you purchased a PRESTO card at a Customer Service Outlet, you will need to wait up to 24 hours before creating a My PRESTO Account online. Log into your account and have your PRESTO card number ready to enter.

If you ordered a card through your My PRESTO Account online you will need to activate it before you travel. You can activate your card online or by calling PRESTO at 1-877-378-6123 and follow the automated instructions.
