There are several ways to load your PRESTO card or check your balance:
If you are using PRESTO in Mobile wallet, you can load your card through the PRESTO App, your Google Wallet, or Apple Wallet, or in person at a Customer Service Outlet
If you use PRESTO in Apple Wallet, you can’t add transit passes directly through Apple Wallet, but you can do so through the PRESTO App

Autoload is the best way to make sure you always have enough funds on your PRESTO cardAutoload automatically loads funds to your PRESTO card when your balance falls below the minimum you set
Autoload is available if you have a PRESTO accountTo set up Autoload on the website, simply sign into your PRESTO account, go to "My Products", then select "Add Funds or Autoload"On the PRESTO App, sign into your PRESTO account and go to “Set up Autoload”Choose your minimum balance, follow the prompts, tap and you're done!
For physical PRESTO cards, you can set up Autoload through the PRESTO App or websiteFor PRESTO in Google Wallet, you can set up Autoload instantly through the PRESTO App
Autoload can be set up using your credit card, Visa Debit, or Debit MastercardIf you prefer to use your bank account (pre-authorized debit), use a paper form

Your Autoload was cancelled because we could not process the payment for your Autoload transactionIt is likely that your credit or debit card tied to your Autoload is no longer valid
Don't worry! It’s easy to set up Autoload again
To set up Autoload again, follow these simple steps:
1Tap your card on any PRESTO device to remove the old AutoloadWait 24 hours for PRESTO to process your Autoload removal 2Simply sign into your PRESTO account on the PRESTO website, go to "My Products", then select "Add Funds or Autoload"On the PRESTO App, sign into your PRESTO account and go to “Set up Autoload”Choose your minimum balance and follow the promptsTap on a PRESTO device and you're done!

Autorenew is the best way to make sure your monthly pass is loaded to your PRESTO card every monthWith Autorenew, your transit pass is always available at the start of your pass periodPayment for your next pass is automatically collected from your method of payment 6 days before the start of each month

You can update your payment information directly in your Autoload or Autorenew settings on the PRESTO website or appIf you prefer using the website, select the card with the Autoload/Autorenew and select “Add Funds or Autoload” or “Add Transit Pass or Autorenew”For the PRESTO App, select “Manage Autoload” or “Manage Autorenew”Confirm the values on the first page and click “Next.” Then you’ll be able to change your payment method
Updating your saved payment method in your PRESTO account may cancel your Autoload/Autorenew agreementWe recommend that you update your payment method directly from the card menu (see above for steps)
You can also use pre-authorized debit by submitting a paper form and requesting an update to your existing account

The charge on your bank account or credit and debit card was pre-authorized by your financial institution when you went through the checkout on the PRESTO app or website
Your financial institution will automatically release this charge within 7-10 business days

Interac Online support is decided by each bankYou can find an up-to-date list of participating banks on the Interac website
You can contact your bank for questions about Interac Online

For most Visa and MasterCard credit cards, PRESTO has Moneris services that automatically update your credit card information, such as expiration dates, upgrades, or replacements for lost or stolen cardsTo confirm if your payment method has this feature, please contact your bankAMEX cards are not currently included in this service
PRESTO does not have access to your financial informationIt securely stored with Moneris
