Having trouble accessing your PRESTO account? Get the answers to some of our most asked questions here.

If you can’t remember your password, you can reset it using the “Forgot Password” option on the sign-in pageWe’ll send you an email with a link to reset your password.

If you didn’t receive the email, here are a few things to check:

  • Make sure you entered the same email address you used when you set up your PRESTO account.
  • Check for spelling mistakes or typos in your email address.
  • Look in your spam, junk, or other inbox folders.

PRESTO accounts now use verified email addresses instead of usernames to sign in.

If your account previously used a username, please contact us for help updating your account to use a verified email address.

If your email address has not yet been verified, sign in using your email and passwordYou’ll then be prompted to enter a verification code sent to your email address to complete the verification processOnce you complete this step, you’ll be able to sign into your PRESTO account using your email address.

E-tickets are now sold and managed through the PRESTO app and PRESTO website using your PRESTO account.

If you used the same email address for both the PRESTO E-Tickets app and your PRESTO account, your PRESTO E-Tickets should automatically appear in your account after signing in.

If you used a different email address for the PRESTO E-Tickets app and your PRESTO account, your PRESTO E-Tickets will be available once you create a PRESTO account using the same email address you used on the old PRESTO E-Tickets app.
