Ordering a new physical PRESTO card online? A few things to keep in mind:
Once you have completed your order, your new physical PRESTO card will be delivered to your Canadian address within 7-10 business days.
If you’re already signed into your PRESTO account, ordering a new physical PRESTO card online will automatically add it to your account but you’ll still need to activate it before you can use it. However, if you want to order a new anonymous physical PRESTO card, sign out of your account before ordering.
Make sure you always stick to the authorized sales channels when buying PRESTO cards or loading funds and transit passes., You can safely buy and load PRESTO cards at prestocard.ca, Fare Vending Machines, Self-Serve Reload Machines, and our Customer Service Outlets. For your security, never buy a card or load funds and passes through an unauthorized seller.
You must load a minimum of $0.05 and/or load a transit pass when you buy a new card. To set a student/youth or senior fare type on your card, visit one of our Customer Service Outlets.
