Customer Service Outlets

Customer Service Outlets can be found at transit locations across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA) and Ottawa.

You should only purchase PRESTO cards and load funds or passes through authorized sales channels, which includes Shoppers Drug Mart, Fare Vending Machines, Self-Serve Reload Machines, prestocard.ca and Customer Service Outlets. Never purchase a card or try to load funds and passes through an unauthorized seller.

Friendly staff can help PRESTO users with:

  • Purchasing a new or replacement PRESTO card
  • Loading money and passes to your PRESTO card
  • Setting up a child, youth or senior fare or Default Trip for GO Transit
  • Obtaining a refund for your card
  • Providing general information about using PRESTO
  • Reporting a lost or stolen card

*Not all locations offer all of these services.
